Following the lockdown announcement on 4th January 2021, all dental practices were asked to stay open and continue normal activities
If you are asked to shield and stay at home, or worried about attending the appointment, please let us know well in advance so that we can cancel the appointment.
If you have a dental emergency, call us so that we can arrange a suitable appointment
We have put in place all recommended precautions to ensure patient and staff safety:
- You will be asked to complete an online Covid-19 questionnaire in advance
- If you are travelling by car, please park at the car park behind the building and stay in the car. We will come to the car park to invite you into the building
- If you are not travelling by car, please wait at the entrance to be called in
- You will have a temperature check when you enter the building
- Hand sanitising facility is available at the reception
- We have installed a new air purification system with hospital grade HEPA filters which removes airborne viruses and bacteria
- Kindly leave unnecessary belongings in your car or at home
- Only a maximum of one other person can accompany the patient into the building
- You can bring your own face mask, but obviously need to be removed during the treatment
- We prefer card payments, but can still accept cash if no other alternatives available
- Despite the considerable increase in cost of PPE, we have decided not to increase treatment prices
- We will not charge any extra fee for the PPE
We have also installed special fogging equipments to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Kindly avoid booking appointments if you feel you are at risk or if you feel unwell with symptoms of covid-19.
We ask you to be patient with our team throughout these challenging times and we thank you for your continued support and understanding. Please let us know if you have any concerns or require advice and clarifications.
